Smart Lipo: Was worth it

I had Vaser/Smart Lipo 6 weeks ago. They melted the fat, suctioned it out and then used a laser (smart lipo) to tighten the skin. I had my upper and lower abs done. I’ve always had a pot belly and it just got worse after two c-sections. When I got home from the proceedure I looked in the mirror and my stomache was flat. I weighed 129 pounds the day of the surgery and 123 pounds three days after. I was told not to exercise for 4 weeks. I went to a spin class after two. When I took a shower that night I had a lump on my stomache where I had bent over the bike. It went away after a few days. I am happy with the results. My stomache is not as flat as it was right after the surgery. It seems to get a little bumpy as the day goes on. I did not need to take the pain meds prescribed at all. I just felt very tight for a few weeks. I still wear the garment 24 hours. The longer you wear it the better I was told. I also use mederma on the four incisions and it works wonders. I even used it on my old section scar and it’s starting to fade.
