High-power, laser-assisted lipolysis body sculpting and contouring workstation with ProLipo™
The ProLipo™ laser liposuction system can be used on many different areas of the body, including the neck, chin, abdomen, upper arms, and upper thighs.
Wavelength and Power of ProLipo™
The ProLipo™ utilizes lasers with 1054 and 1319 source filters. With this unique combination of wavelengths, physicians are able to perform safe and effective lipolysis procedures on patients. One of the many reasons that the 1064nm wavelength is so effective when it comes to these kinds of procedures is because it is able to improve skin tone as well as concentrate blood vessels and fat cells. It slowly heats up the skin and targets the water which is in the dermal collagen, literally melting away the fat within the patient’s body. Another one of the things that makes this type of treatment so unique is the fact that it is able to tighten skin unlike most traditional liposuction procedures.
The ProLipo™ system uses a laser which is capable of generating a maximum of 20 watts and has a short pulse duration of 10-100 µsec, which means that collateral damage is kept to a minimum while tissue ablation is significantly increased.
FDA Approval of ProLipo™
The laser which has a 1064 wavelength is FDA approved and is therefore considered to be one of the safer methods of fatty tissue removal.
Delivery Mechanism
A 600-100 µm core is used for the ProLipo™ and an 18GA cannula comes in 100, 150, and 200 nm lengths. The cannula is just part of what makes the ProLipo™ procedure so effective, able to keep the amount of trauma which the body experiences to an absolute minimum.
Configurable Options
The ProLipo™ workstation has many different variations and is a configurable platform. It can be used for things such as hair removal and wrinkle reduction, making the skin looking more youthful and smoother than ever before. Those who have problems with wrinkles and sagging skin will certainly want to consider the SkinTyte™ treatment which has been proven to be effective for many people.
