Smart Lipo: Was worth it

On May 7th, I had my upper and lower abs, inner thighs, saddlebags, inner knees and hips done. Overall, I am very satisfied with the procedure. I was surprised with all the swelling that I had following the procedure especially in my legs. They actually looked like elephant legs for about a week. However, I read about some people having lymphatic drainage massage done following the surgery. I gave it a try and it really helped with the swelling. I would definitely recommend that to anyone following surgery.
I am now 7 weeks post op and have only been out of my garment the past week. My upper and lower abs look very good considering what they looked prior to the surgery and I no longer have the muffin top or rolls of fat that come when you hit a certain age. I am a little disappointed on my inner thighs in that I don’t feel that they are as even as they could be but I go back to see my surgeon on the 10th and we’ll see what he has to say about that.
I definitely would recommend the procedure to anyone; however, definitely go to someone who has A LOT of experience in performing this procedure.
