I would do this again in a heartbeat. I'm now able to try on a pair of pants & they actually fit. Its almost been 6 months I lost 3" on 1 & 3 1/2" on the other. I had big hips before & now I'm more proportionite. I wanted to look better in my clothes. I still have problem areas, but got the results I was looking for.
